Her impressive career as a Senior Project Manager showcases her exceptional ability to handle projects ranging from $2.5M to $50M, always achieving project schedule goals while delivering top-quality assets to Owners and Operators.

A Multifaceted Leader- Michele is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of effectively managing administrative tasks and fast-paced field operations for multiple projects concurrently. Her well-organized and detailed oriented approach empowers project teams with the tools they need to succeed. Michele leads by example, embodying a strong work ethic, fostering team building, and radiating a positive “can-do” attitude, making her a favorite among both colleagues and clients alike.

A Journey of Growth- Michele’s journey in the construction industry began as a Project Coordinator and Field Superintendent in the residential home building sector. As her career progressed, she seamlessly transitioned to commercial construction, excelling as a Project Manager and Safety Administrator at Rowland Companies. Her repertoire includes overseeing projects in various domains, such as Religious, Entertainment, Health Care, Education, and Industrial, encompassing ground-up developments, renovations, and expansions.

Meticulous Focus-Throughout her career, Michele has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to every aspect of the construction and delivery processes. She is dedicated to producing high-quality construction while meticulously adhering to critical schedule deadlines, ensuring on-time delivery to Owners.
